45 minute High Intensity Interval Training classes designed to burn calories, build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall health — all in a fraction of the time that traditional workouts require.

Here you won’t find a barbell, a rig or any highly technical movements in sight. These classes require no previous training experience and are suitable for beginners.

Classes dedicated to using the barbell to increase muscle mass, strength, power, coordination and flexibility.

Here you will practice predominantly the Clean and Jerk and Snatch as well as using supporting exercises to improve the former.

This class is much lower in intensity with a serious focus on technique and moving weight. While possible for beginners to join in, this class is better suited to athletes who are vaguely familiar with these lifts.

Our Yoga classes have the common goal of aligning mind, body and soul.

Designed for all levels, they use stretching and breathing exercises in harmony to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance.

At the same time helping you to be more focused and have better concentration.
