Fill out the form below to attend a free trial class. One of our staff will contact you to book you into a CrossFit class that best suits you.
These start on the first Tuesday of every month and consist of two weeks of technique-intensive coaching in a small group environment.
After two weeks here you will know everything you need to know to enter into regular programming. More details will be sent to you once you register.
After the two weeks of On-Ramp you will train in regular classes while still being monitored by your coach.
This is to iron out any specific issues you may have with your technique and to make sure you are completely comfortable with your training. After this you are 100% Wolf approved.
